The carbon steel pipe making process is put a steel strip that passes through a set of pre-roll forming section, before forming a continuous tube shape having opposing edges separated by a vertical gap. The un-welded tube must pass through a high frequency induction coil to weld both opposing edges of the tube. Pressure is force the opposing edges together and forms a tube having a continuous vertical butt weld joint. After rough steel tube is welded, it has to pass through next follow steps including cooling, size adjusting, cutting and finally packing.

Jeng Dar's transistor high frequency carbon steel welding machine is adapted from advanced technologies utilised in Western countries. Its rated power is from 100KW to 800KW. The unique professional design ensures maximum welder efficiency and consistent weld frequency for low cost operation. The efficiency of this specific transistor type welder is much more advanced than traditional vacuum tube welders. The welder also provides a number of protection features to prevent arc-over and coil short circuit faliures.
A wide range of welded accessories (coil, welding contact, welding CT output and impeder) and essential replacement parts of welders are provided for achieving customers’ individual and specific requirements.
